WeWatch announces collaboration with Huawei

Singapore-based WeWatch, a carrier-grade live-TV and streaming platform powered by Google’s Android TV has announced its latest collaboration with Huawei to onboard its WeWatch EveryWhere app on Huawei Mobile Services (HMS).
Since its commercial launch in Singapore, Cambodia and Indonesia, WeWatch has made available all its content on its Android TV-powered set-up box as well as on its WeWatch Everywhere App via Huawei AppGallery as well as Google Play and Apple Store. The company is now looking to bring more services, content and innovation to the communities with its new collaboration with telecom giant Huawei.
As a TV service provider, WeWatch aggregates its full suite of entertainment and comprehensive content through live news channels, drama series, award-winning international films, e-Sports, and lifestyle content to homes, individuals and enterprises via multi-screen access from big screen TV-sets to smartphones and tablets, all in 4K or HD video quality. This is done through WeWatch’s proprietary SuperBox and its WeWatch Everywhere app. Aside from news and entertainment content, users also have full access to a vast library of fun and educational WeWatch’s video games.
This value-add collaboration is therefore highly advantageous to users of Huawei’s devices as it now gives them access to new and exciting content from WeWatch, and with the view to deepen the mutual relationship arising from this collaboration, both companies are looking forward to grow not just nationally, but in the wider South-east Asia region.
